I find the 2015 PS to be a little marked by the élevage from a dry and warm year that resulted in a concentrated wine
but the purity of the fruit is impossible to miss even at this early stage
There is plenty of muscle and a certain robust power and while the shaping tannins are dense they are also relatively fine
a vineyard with a more southerly exposure
the vines are accustomed to the heat
Taittinger, Comtes Champagne other_regions I find the 2015 PSLemon to gold ingot, bright and welcoming, an impression enhanced by a fabulous nose of sherbet, brioche, lemon posset and Mirabelle plum. All things nice. The palate is gently luxurious, its sophistication rippling with nuance rather than sheer vulgar power, yellow fruits, the gentlest hints of honey, crushed chalk and then a silky citric grip.
