An elegant, pure and notably high toned nose blends notes of airy red pinot fruit with hints of cherry, lavender, spice and lilac. The racy, intense and admirably well delineated also exhibit ample minerality on the impressively well balanced, lilting and persistent finish. This is a terrific Chambolle villages. (89 92)
