This type of fur is also used for make up brushes, as well as artist brushes. This vintage 1930s Kolinsky fur capelet collar has a lovely shape to it, It has male snaps around the inner part of collar to snap onto a coat. I did not get the original coat. I have paired it with the 1930s coat I have on. It is fully lined in black silk satin. There is a hook
