Vintage 1930s Brotherhood of Locomotive Firemen and Enginemen Illuminated Appreciation Hand Made Signed Courreges blue sweater somewhat mod in designThis is a poster sized hand drawn illumination given in appreciation of William L Best who was the Vice President and National Legislative Representative of the Brotherhood of the Locomotive Firemen and Enginemen. I think that he was the Canadian national rep as I have another illumination given to him in 1910 when he was a member of the Chapleau Ontario Snow Drift Lodge. This illumination was given to him on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of
