The blue green, heart shaped leaves emerge with brilliant, creamy white centers. About a month later, the central leaf color morphs into an unusual central pattern of ghostly white frosting that fades only slightly in late summer. The 2' wide clumps are topped with black purple flower scapes holding the lavender flowers in late spring. If
