Vintage 1960s White Lace Jabot Frilly Collar Flounced Neck Bib Hobbs size 7 1/8 Color: dark Navy BlueThis is an vintage lace jabot that I believe dates to the 1960s this was a decorative device often used on mod era dresses. The jabot is flounced or ruffled and made of machine lace Im unsure of the material, probably synthetic, but maybe treated cotton or a blend. There is a snap at the back of the neck piece, but it is detached from one side. Im not sewing it back just in case you need to adjust its position for a better fit for your neck. The top
