This is not a big wine but a gorgeous one with a long life ahead

much darker-fruited than any rioja in this J&B line-up so far

this is a terrific effort that comes warmly recommended

Philippe Charlopin-Parizot, Gevrey Chambertin Bel Air Size:12x750ml offering concentrated cherryA restrained and cool nose is comprised by aromas of both red and dark currant along with hints of spice, floral and soft earth wisps. This too isnt as concentrated as the old vines Gevrey cuve but once again its finer while offering good minerality on the mildly warm and stony finish. This will need to add better depth to achieve the next level.
