Pair Antique French Bronze Marble Putti Dancing Musicians Statues Sculpture 1860 Drawings & Prints John Povey died in 1917A fine pair of 19th century antique French bronze cherub statues sculptures on marble plinths, circa 1860. Each sculpture is very finely cast as a dancing putto, modeled as a musician, one playing a pipe the other with a tambourine. The statues are raised on round socle bases made of dark green Breccia marble. Both statues are in very good condition, with a rich patina and ready to grace your space.
