The estate has become one of the defining producers of volcanic wines in the region, known for its meticulous work with pre phylloxera vines cultivated in Lanzarotes extreme conditions. The wine presents a delicate pale salmon pink hue with light coral reflections. Aromatically, it opens with notes of wild strawberry, red
