Elderflower #1 Piriwe followed by a long two-yearGrape varieties: Grner Veltliner Alcohol: 7% Region: Hollenburg, Kremstal Winemaker: Julie Hoch Pet Nat obtained by the co fermentation of Gruner Veltliner harvested in September and an infusion of elderflower flowers picked and dried in May. The herbal tea dilutes the amount of alcohol and gives the wine a great floral character, an ideal aperitif on hot summer days.
