The Islay Single Malt matured for at least 5 years in Sauternes barriques, personally selected by Anthony Wills, the founder of Kilchoman. A blend of first fill and re fill Sauternes casks was used for this Islay Single Malt to create a balanced combination of buttery sweetness, BBQ pineapple, candied ginger, and floral peat smoke.
