The elegant mousse with a fine perlage is the result of the two stage fermentation (Metodo Martinotti) to which the Glera grapes are subjected. The result: an elegant Prosecco Spumante with only 11% alcohol by volume, which impresses with its fine fruity characteristics on the nose
